Harmony worked with West London NHS Trust to replace and install fire doors and carry out fire compartmentation surveys on several buildings at Broadmoor Hospital. Due to the hospital being a psychiatric hospital, the patients are at potentially high risk to themselves and others. The challenge for Harmony was working around the schedule of movement of patients throughout the hospital to ensure minimal disruption.

Working closely with the hospital, Harmony had several solutions in overcoming these challenges, including working with crucial escorts at the hospital and ensuring clear communication at all times. Additionally, adhering to the strict tool management, offering out of hours working in a problematic area to ease the disruption and strict operative management. Harmony was the chosen partner for the hospital as we were able to offer them a comprehensive service package, all per the BM Trada Q Mark accreditation scheme.
