We have built an excellent relationship with a large social housing provider in Nottingham which has seen us complete over £3 million worth of fire safety improvements on their properties. Our excellent resident liaison work has seen us become one of their preferred partners. On this set of properties, we carried out a full door survey that identified a need for several remedial works and the installation of new fire doors. Every asset was also added to our unique asset tagging system. Key data is logged to ensure a clear audit trail of al works undertaken with key details of materials used, operatives who did the work, test readings and operations and maintenance details captured to build a clear picture of the full history of each asset.
