Harmony operates our own unique asset management system for all servicing contracts, we utilise cutting edge technology to ensure compliance and audit traceability of everything we do.
This system creates a comprehensive asset record by uploading any available asset data which can then be confirmed on the first service visit. If there is no asset data available, the sites will be loaded and the assets added as part of the first service visit.
The asset record includes property address and asset location by description and floorplan, asset type, manufacturer, service interval and next service due together with any equipment expiry date.
Servicing schedules can be tailored exactly to the client requirements and the service intervals pre-set by account or site, all required asset checks will be created as part of the set-up process with mandatory fields created to ensure all required service and asset information is captured and recorded.
Assets can be tagged with a unique QR code label which can then be scanned to access all data and service history. Any existing asset numbers can be added to the record if required.
