Our approach offers the advantages of working with a premier programme management and design consultancy, where we review your specific requirements and develop comprehensive plans tailored to your needs. However, unlike conventional consultancies, where clients bear the burden of any cost or schedule discrepancies, our model shifts this responsibility away from you and onto our team of experts. We operate with the agility and efficiency of a design-and-build firm, yet our foundation in design leadership ensures we maintain the highest standards of quality and innovation.
By partnering with us, you embark on a quick, efficient, and robust design process, benefit from clear upfront costing and budgeting, whilst enjoying the security of a single holistic contract for all construction activities. Our role extends to managing procurement, encompassing all aspects of fire safety equipment and materials, further facilitating the project’s execution.
Andy Causton leads Fire Strategy development across RIBA Stages 1–6, with 12 years’ experience in high-hazard industries spanning education, commercial, residential, clinical and hospital environments, and complex risk areas.
