Our Fire Detection & Alarm Certifications – BAFE SP203-1/NSI Gold and LPS 104

BAFE SP203-1/ NSI Gold

BAFE manages and maintains a Scheme called BAFE SP203-1, which covers fire detection and fire alarm systems. This Scheme exists to deliver quality, independent evidence that providers are competent to deliver design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of fire detection and fire alarm system services.

As part of our certification, we are regularly audited by NSI, which is appointed by BAFE as an independent UKAS-accredited Third-Party Certification Body to deliver BAFE schemes. We are proud to be recognised as an NSI Gold provider. NSI Gold is NSI’s premier fire systems scheme for companies that meet the industry’s highest technical standards and maintain a commitment to continual improvement with an ISO 9001 Quality Management System.

LPS 1014

LPS 1014 requires the certified organisation to provide design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance and to be ISO 9001 certified, either independently or through LPCB.
